“Richard of R&R Roofing is a professional through and through. We have a large and complex roof, essentially 4 separate boxes connected at what the roofers call valleys. Plus we live on the water very close to the ocean so very exposed.
We got 4 quotes and 3 of them said it was the largest residential roof they had quoted all year. Richard actually started out with the highest quote but it was also for a more thorough, higher quality job. Plus it was all inclusive. No hidden fees or expenses. Nothing ambiguous about the quote. In the end we negotiated to the point where he was the best job for the best price.
The proof though was in the final product. The roof looks great and Richard was a professional from beginning to end. He was onsite everyday and after the job was done he did a final walkthrough to make sure it met his expectations. Throughout the process, from quote to completion, Richard was extremely responsive keeping us informed as he navigated the supply chain to get supplies and monitored the weather so we could get our roof replaced before winter set in for good.

“R&R Roofing installed a new roof on my house and shored up the roof in my garage. Mr. Rossi and his team were prompt, friendly, extremely hardworking and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Unlike other companies where your point of contact is some young salesman who might not know much, with R&R you work with the owner Mr. Rossi directly, from start to finish. His pricing was fair and his word was good. Would hire again.”
